DeepXplore, AcuPick & WizSeek
DeepXplore is the investigation area within DSS for searching intelligent data captured by compatible Dahua devices. Depending on the connected cameras, recorders, analytics and licences, operators can search people, vehicles and other recorded metadata using time, location and available target characteristics.
AcuPick simplifies image-based investigation. An operator can select a detected person or vehicle in live or recorded video and use that target to find similar results, significantly reducing the amount of footage that needs to be reviewed manually.
Dahua's latest DSS generation also introduces WizSeek, extending intelligent search to natural-language descriptions. In supported V8.8 deployments an operator can describe the required target in text and search the available intelligent data. Dahua has also introduced text-defined alarms, allowing natural-language descriptions to be used when creating supported intelligent alarm rules.
These platform functions complement current Dahua camera and recorder technologies such as WizSense, WizMind, WizColor, TiOC and newer Xinghan AI models. The camera or recorder provides the relevant imaging and intelligence; DSS provides the central search, presentation and operational workflow.
Investigation Options
- Search by time, camera and supported metadata attributes.
- Vehicle and ANPR searches using available registration and vehicle metadata.
- Person and body searches using supported appearance metadata.
- Image-to-image target search using AcuPick.
- Text-to-image / natural-language search using WizSeek where supported.
- Target trajectory and related-event investigation on supported DSS configurations.

Faster Evidence Retrieval
The objective is to turn large volumes of recorded video and AI metadata into a practical investigation tool. Rather than relying on continuous manual playback, operators can narrow the search to likely matches and then open the associated video for verification and export.
